Just as cooks will write down the exact ingredients used for recipes your tracking of success and failures with a dehydrator will lead to easier preparation and better drying next time. Try to record important information such as the date food was dried, the quantity dried including the weight before and after drying, the drying time and the temperature you used and the storage temperature.
